Expand Your Consciousness, Ignite Your Soul's Force is a six-month journey into the deeper teachings of yoga and tantra, for a small cohort of 10 to 14 spiritually serious and spiritually curious seekers. It weds philosophy with direct, embodied practice, so the wisdom does not stay in your head. It lives in your body, your breath, and your daily life.

Drawn from the Himalayan tradition and Sri Vidya, and from Zach's 20 years of practice and study, Ignite Your Soul's Force gives you a proven system to explore your own consciousness

How It Works

This is more than a course.

It is a complete container for embodied transformation. Every week there will be an embodiment class to systematically deepen your relationship with breath, energy, body, mind, and more. Every other week, a Teaching workshop session illuminates the philosophy and systems behind deepening your consciousness and inner landscape.

Around these teachings there will also be a weekly group coaching and Q&A call to deepen community and outcomes. You will also be assigned to a small pod of three or four fellow participants to meet throughout the training to deepen connection and learning outcomes. Finally, you’ll have access to six monthly private one-on-one sessions to personalize your journey and the practices. Everything is live and recorded, and you keep access for life, so a missed session or a vacation never sets you back.

Over six months, the journey moves from the foundations of breath and energy to the complete practice of Vishoka Meditation, and from the worldview of yoga and tantra to your own roadmap for the path ahead.

The weekly Embodiment track builds, layer by layer, from healthy breathing and the navel center to pranic sensitivity and the inner corridor of meditation, ending in the complete practice of Vishoka Meditation and expanding your consciousness.

ABOUT

Zach Ketterhagen

I came to this path the hard way. After college I was lost in addiction, anxiety, and disconnection. That pain set me on a spiritual path and led me to the Himalayan Institute, where I lived and trained for the better part of a decade. The practices in this journey are the same ones that rebuilt my life.

For more than 20 years I have practiced and studied yoga, tantra, and meditation in a living lineage, with over 10,000 hours of practice, study, and teaching. I am a Certified Vishoka Meditation Teacher and a graduate of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait's Living Tantra program. Before coaching, I spent more than a decade in product and project management, which is where the structure of this journey comes from.

My role is not to hand you my beliefs. It is to be a bridge to your own inner knowing, a dedicated student walking beside you, to move your spiritual practice forward.

Investment and How to Apply

This is a high-engagement, six-month journey with a small cohort (max of 10-14 participants), so the right fit matters more than a number on a page. That is why enrollment is by application.

Please note that you do not have to be an experienced yoga or tantra practitioner, you just have to have a true desire to advance your spiritual practice.
