I’m a transformational coach, meditation teacher, and long-time student of yoga and tantra. My work is dedicated to helping people move through life’s hardest transitions, regulate their nervous systems, and align with their highest potential.

For over 15 years, I’ve been immersed in the study and practice of yoga, meditation, tantra, somatic healing, addiction recovery, and transformational leadership.
