I went through my own divorce after a 17-year marriage. I lost my voice, lost myself, and had to reclaim my identity and unique self-leadership path.
I leveraged nearly two decades of coaching somatic work, purpose realignment, leadership development, breathwork, meditation, and more. What I discovered became the system I now coach and teach.
