Exploring consciousness, layers of Self, and higher reality through Tantra’s and Yoga’s perspective.


9:30-10:30 am - The Anatomy of Mind: The Center of Our Universe

Explore the anatomy of our own mind from yoga and samkhya philosophy to see how we connect and disconnect from higher reality and our True Self.

A yoga, breath, and movement practice to harness all our resources to support our connection with the Divine within

Explore how the 5 klescha’s (afflictions) disconnect us from God and Self—and how to love the ‘broken’ parts of ourselves.


2:00-3:00pm - 5 Pillars of Practice to Deep Your Devotion

Explore the 5 powerful practices that accelerate your spiritual practice forward, including: faith, inner strength, retentive power, one-pointedness, and intuition.


3:30–3:45 PM — Recharge Break


3:15pm-4:15pm - The Path of Kriya Yoga: Discipline, Self-Study, and Surrender to God 

Understand how kriya yoga accelerates your spiritual practice to create a unique, personal relationship with your personal divinity (Ishta Deva).


4:15–5:00 PM — Closing Circle: Your Body as a Living Temple of Wisdom

Creating a daily spiritual practice and inviting more room to play and create.

With its quiet walking trails, natural light, and deep sense of sacred presence, the land itself becomes part of the healing.
