The power of Vishoka Meditation technology is a distillation of all the wonderful teachings from yoga, tantra and total wellbeing that have touched my heart and accelerated my healing and fulfillment journey. I’m honored to share Vishoka Meditation, as the practice is at the heart of my spiritual practice and distills all my years of practice, study and understanding. For our 1-Day Immersion to conclude the training, we’ll gather at the serene and spacious Holy Wisdom Monastery in Middleton, WI—a stunning contemplative retreat space just minutes from Madison.

Set on rolling prairies and overlooking peaceful Lake Mendota, this space offers the perfect balance: accessible for locals, yet remote enough to feel like a true retreat. 

With its quiet walking trails, natural light, and deep sense of sacred presence, the land itself becomes part of the healing.
